P. H. VERMEER, 62
Relatives here received word of the death of P. H. Vermeer, 62, who passed away at his home at Los Angeles, Calif., on Saturday, March 24, 1956 following an illness from leukemia. Funeral services were held at California yesterday.
Mr. Vermeer is survived by his wife and three children, Henrietta, Mrs. Charles Mc Kown of Yelm, Wash.; Warren of Los Angeles; and Delores, Mrs. Lou Mallory also of Los Angeles. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Henry De Vries, Mrs. Albert Schimmel, Henry Vermeer, Ted Vermeer and Mrs. Harold Beernink, all of Sioux Center, and John Verrneer of Orange City. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Jake, Joe and Bill Vermeer, all of Sioux Center. The family made their home here until six years ago.
