Bert Van Voorst passed on at his home one-half mile west of Sioux Center on Tuesday [August 12]. He had been an invalid for years and confined to bed for the last two years. He was but 38 years old. Mrs. Van Voorst and four children survive and they have the sympathy of neighbors and friends in their trouble. Funeral services were held Friday at the 2nd Christ. Ref. church, in charge of the pastor, Rev. Ypma.
