Anna O. Anderson was born Feb.11, 1892in Union County, the daughter of Charles and Mathilda (Jonsson)Peterson and died Friday May 25, after attaining the age of 81 years. She received her schooling in the Alcester area amd on Feb. 5, 1913 at Sioux City. Was married to Will E. Anderson. The couple farmed in the Alcester area until retirement in 1954. At that time they moved into the town of Alcester. Mr. Anderson passed away in 1966. Mrs. Anderson was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Faith and was a lifetime member of the Nathanel Lutheran Church of Alcester. She was also a charter member of the Dorcas Ladies Aid.

She is survived by two sons; Floyd of Renton, Washington and Carroll of Seattle, Washington and ten grandchildren. Beside her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by her sister Mabel Peterson
