Faye O. Warner,77,of Alcester, died on Nov.20, at the Morningside Manor in Alcester. Funeral services were held on Friday, Nov, 23 at the Peace Lutheran Church with Pastor W.A. Bunkowske officiating. Interment was held at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Alcester.

Mrs. Warner was born on Mar 14, 1896 at Rensselar, Ind., the daughter of Ed and Hattie Maxwell Leach. At the age of 11 she moved with her parents to Geddes,SD. On July 20, 1924, at Academy, SD, she married Charles Warner and the couple then made their home at Geddes, Elk Point and Volins before moving to Alcester in 1941. At Alcester Mr Warner operated a trucking service and farmed. For the past year and one-half, Mrs. Warner was a resident at Morningside Manor.

Survivors inlude; husband Charles; two sons; Robert of Murdo and Wayne of Yanton; and one daughter; Martha (Mrs. Herman Geveshausen,Jr.) of Beresford. Preceeding her in death have been; her parents, one son, and one brother.
