Walter Scott Dagle, 19 of Thousand Oakes, Calif. and a former Hawarden resident, died Aug 14, in an automobile accident near Castle Rock, Colo.Funeral service were held on Aug. 18 at the Methodist Church in Hawarden with Rev. Art Stienstra officiating. Burial services were held at the Grace Hill Cemetery under the direction of Dow Funeral Home.

Dagle was born on Apr 1954 at Hawarden and moved with his parents to Thousand Oaks as a child. He attended school at Thousand Oakes

Survivors include the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Dagle; brother Terry, Mark and Eric; sister Denise, all of Thousand Oakes; and a grandmother Mrs. Lou Heeren of Hawarden
