Grace Matilda Cox,92, of Albanby, Oregon, passed away Saturday, March 10, 1973, at her home, after a short illness.

She was born August 3, 1880, the youngest daughter of Mr. amd Mrs. Charles A Anderson of Big Spring, SD.,where she lived for many years. She married Harvey Oscar Cox at Big Spring,SD., March 26, 1903 and moved to Hecla, SD. where they lived until moving to Oregon in 1935. Mr. Cox passed away February 7, 1965.

Survivors include a son Archie H. Cox of Albany; two daughters, Mrs. Isabele Neuman of Albany and Mrs. Edith L. Chandler of Corvallis; three grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Cox has many relatives in the Alcester and Hawarden vicinities. Burial was at Willamette Memorial Park near Albany, Oregon
