From the Alton Democrat of Jan 18, 1899 Granville News.
On Saturday afternoon occurred the death of Mr. Faber at the home of his son William. Mr. Faber had been sick only a short time when he died, his death being to mostly to old age. The remains were interred in the Catholic cemetery on Monday of this week, Rev. Stromberg officiating.

Oct 31, 1831 Vebersyren Luxembourg died Jan 24, 1899 Granville, IA married in Pratz Luxembourg to Maria Anna Peisch born Dec 21, 1835 died July 26, 1898 in LeMars IA.
