With profound regret we announce the sad and deplorable death of Jacob DeBad at Hoboken NJ., while on his way to his native home in Holland. The young man, after a few ywars of hard toil, was going to spend the winter with relatives and friends in the old country. After arriving at Hoboken he was obliged to pass the night in a hotel The squel of the whole story as is often the case, he blew out the gas and was found dead in his room the next morning. He leaves a brother and numerous frinds in this vicinity, who regret to hear of his untimely demise.
