Clarence W. Duistermars, age 69, of 679 Andover St. SE., Grand Rapids, MI, passed away Feb. 14, 1984 at his home after a lingering illness.

Services were held at the Neller Funeral Home in Portland, MI, Feb. 19, 1984. Officiating was Pastor John C. Middendorp of Grand Rapids, MI. Interment was in Balcam Cemetery in Ionia, MI.

Mr. Duistermars was born Aug. 9, 1914 in Sioux Center, the son of Henry W. & Gertrude Cleveringa Duistermars. He was a retired electrician at Ionia, and a member of the American Legion Post 129.

Survivors are his wife, two step-sons, Maynard Rozeboom of Ionia, Michigan.

Surviving are his wife, two step-sons, Maynard Rozeboom of Lansing, MI, and Ron Rozeboom of Ionia, MI., one step daughter, Mrs. Gerald Patrick of Mamisdee, MI, four step grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Katie Lems of Rock Valley, Mrs. Lewis (Wilma) Franken of Sioux Center, Mrs. Don (Dorothy) Coats, Mrs. Daniel (Henrietta) Alons of Hospers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
