Richard De Jong, 73, of Artesia, Calif., died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 1981 in Anaheim Memorial Hospital, Calif., after surgery.
Mr. De Jong was born in Maurice. He moved to California in the late l950s. He was a member of New Ljfe Community Church, of Artesia. Services were held in the church Friday, Jan. 16, 1981. Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Cypress, Calif.
Survivors include the widow, Marie; one son, Richard De Jong, Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla., two daughters, Norma Likewise of Anaheim, Calif., Betty Folsom, Riverside, Calif., 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two sisters, Marie Conway, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Blanch Arner of Scottsdale, Ariz.
