Funeral services for Septimus Duggleby, 77, former Hawarden resident, who died in Los Angeles, were held Saturday at Estherville, Iowa. The Estherville Masonic Lodge had charge of the services at Oak Hill cemetery in Estherville.

Mr. Duggleby was well known in Hawarden. He was employed as a meat cutter in the Council Oak store in the late 1940's.

Mr. Duggleby was born in England. He became a member of the Davenport, Iowa Masonic Lodge in 1904.

Survivors are the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Gilmore of New Orleans, LA; a son, Dr. Wayne Duggleby of Los Angeles, CA, and a brother, Simpson Duggleby of Davenport.
