James William Mulder

Died on Aug. 10, 2011
James William Mulder, 88, of Eloy, Ariz., died on Aug. 10, at home. The funeral was held on Saturday morning, Aug. 13, at J Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel, of Eloy, with Darwin Chandler officiating.
Burial was ih Eloy Memorial Park.
Mr. Mulder was born on Sept 13, 1922, in Orange City, Ia.
He served in World War II as a B-17 gunner and was a sergeant. His airplane went downin Holland, and he was in a prisoner-of-war camp in Germany.
He later was a lineman for Arizona Public Service Company for 30 years before retirement.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, building and carpentry work. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Survivors include three sons, John, James and Jeffrey D Bulder, all of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughters Sandy Swanson of Mount Vernon, Wash., and Carol Mulder of Sxottsdale, Ariz.; brother Gerard Mulder of Orange City; seven sisters, Margaret Top, Mary Louy Reinders, Winifred Kalsbeek and Doris Vogel, all of Oane City, Linda Peitens of DeKalb, Ill., Alene Ritsema of Aurora, Colo., and Helen Mulder of Oelwein; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his iwfe Mary; brother Paul Mulder; and three sisters, Martha Buschbach, Betty Reinders and Luella Wallinga.
