Van Wechel Services To Be Held Friday at American Church

Services for Arend Van Wechel, 68, life-long resident of Orange City, will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the American Reformed church with the Rev. Alvin Hook officiating. Military rites will also be conducted.

Mr. Van Wechel died Monday [Oct. 2] after a three-year illness. He was in the painting business here for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife in 1957.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Vera Lindstedt of Nemaha, Wis. Burial will be in the Orange City Cemetery.
