Death of Mrs. Michael Hannan.
Mrs. Michael Hannan, who has resided
north of Struble for several
years died at Oelwein and the remains
were brought from there to Maurice
for interment, Friday. She was a
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P. Lavelle,
of Sioux county. She had been sick
for the past two or three years.
When deaih came she was visiting
relatives at Oelwein. She was thirtytwo
years of age and leaves a husband
and seven children, the eldest but
twelve years old. Frank J. Hannan,
a brother of Michael, went to attend
the funeral as did several other people
from this city, friends of the Lavelle
