From the Alton Democrat of Apr 9, 1898 Hull news.
The infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Ott (Austin) Quinn, died last Friday at the age of five monts. She had been ill with lung fever for some time but was thought to be getting better, when she suddenly passed away. The funeral took place here Saturday Father Phelan officiating.
(From the Cem. Index this was Teres Loretta Quin born 14 Oct 1897 died 1 Apr 1898 buried St. Joe's Hull. Also buried there another infant son of A. J. and M. A Quinn. From an account on line - Austin Quinn born about 1866 in Iowa married 1888 to Marguritt Quinn. Lived in Lincoln Tsp sioux County late 1890s through 1900. 1910 they were at Parnell Brookings SD. Other children were - Ida 1888, (va 1889 Everett 1892, Vivian 1894, Mary L. 1900, Evangeline 1902, leslie Jay 1905, Lester 1906, and Charles 1908.)
