Willie, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Kleinhesslink, residing two and one half miles west of this city, passed over the dark river last Wednesday
night. His death resulted from inflammation
of the lungs. Willie was 12 years of age at the time of his death and was a bright young lad
and his cheerful and sunny nature won its way into the hearts of all who knew him. The funeral was held from the First Reformed church in
Orange City (this) Friday afternoon,
Rev. Kolyn officiating. THE DEMOCRAT extends its heartfelt sympathy to the sorrowing relatives and friends.
( From the So. Co. Cem. Index Willie b. 17 Jun 1884 died 24 Jun 1897 son of J. and D. buried Orange City. Father Joseph b. 14 Dec 1845 died 24 Jun 1921 and mother Diena Johanna b. 16 Dec 1855 died 26 May 1917 both buried in Orange City. Willie's mother was Diana Johanna Harmelink. Other children - John, 1877, Minnie 1878, Gerrit 1880 Gerrit, Hattie 1881, William 1884, Charles 1886, Edward 1888, Frederick 1891 and Henry 1898.)
