Mrs. Henrietta Eenkhoorn,79, of Sioux Center died Thursday, Sept. 5 in a nursing wing in Sioux Center. Services were at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, in Bethel Christian Reformed Church. The Rev. Duane Tinklenberg officiated. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Family visitation was held held in the Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Eenkhoorn, the former Henrietta Vander Grift was born Feb. 18, 1906, in The Netherlands. She came with her family to Lester in 1915 and moved to Sioux Center in 1920. She married Arthur Eenkhoorn Feb. 22, 1928, in Sioux Center, The couple made their home in Sioux Center. He died in 1941.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Harvey(Christina)Velgersdyk of Inwood and Mrs. Wilbur(Jeanette)Draayer of Sioux Center; one brother Henry of Sioux Center; nine grand children and five great grandchildren.
