DANIEL DYKSTRA , 83, passed away Sunday, August 12, 1990 at the Pipestone Medical Center. Born May 8, 1907 in Springfield, SD.
Married Elsie Vander Berg on August 23, 1930. Attended school in Sioux Center, IA and graduated from Boyden High School, Boyden, IA in 1925.
After Graduation he owned and operated a gravel truck, corn sheller and a feed grinder. In 1939 he went into farming north of Hatfield, MN. Moved to farm south of Trosky February 1946. Retired from Farming in 1969.
Survived by his wife Elsie; one brother Hildred (Yonk), Mesa, AZ; Four sons Ronald & Paul, Phoenix, AZ; Leroy, Pipestone; Robert, Sioux Falls, SD; 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister Jeanette and his daughter, Selma.
