DIED IN NEBRASKA - Mrs. Anna Boreman, who lived in Hawarden for a number of years, died at her home in Hastings, Nebr., last Friday, following a heart attack which she suffered on the previous Monday. Mrs. Boreman lived here for a number of years and her husband died here, her daughter, Edna, was drowned in the Big Sioux river at the time two other students lost their lives. For a number of years she was employed in the Hyink general store and then went to Hastings where she has since lived.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. E. Alexander, of Royal, Nebr., and two brothers, Harry Clark of Sioux Falls, SD, and John Clark of Royal, Nebr.
Funeral services were held at Hastings and were under the auspices of the Christian Science church. The remains were brought here Sunday evening and Monday afternoon brief services were conducted by Rev. J. G. Waterman of the Methodist Church at the Ross Funeral Home. Interment was made in Grace Hill cemetery beside the remains of her husband and daughter.
The sister and two daughters and the two brothers attended the funeral services here.
