Mrs. Nancy Meis Brandon, 32, of Kearney, Neb., a former Granville resident was one of the nurses killed when a medical helicopter crashed near Lone Tree, Neb. She had received her nursing training at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Sioux City.

She grew up in Granville and graduated from Granville Spalding High School. She married David A. Brandon, August 30, 1975. She was the mother of three children.

Funeral services were held in Kearny, Neb., with interment in Sioux City.
