Jane Friesema,74,died Wednesday, September 26, 1990 in her home in Rock Valley.

Jane Van Zweden was born Dec. 24, 1915 in Grand Rapids, Mich. She married John Friesema on Aug. 28, 1940, in Passic, NJ. They moved to Rock Valley in 1957. The Rev, Friesema died Dec 10, 1987.

Survivors include three brothers; Jacob of Miama, Okla, Adrian of Wayne N.J. and Joseph of Sioux Center, Iowa. One sister , Mrs. William (Jackie) Roseboom of Rock Valley.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29 in Porter Funeral home, Rock Valley. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery.
