Steven R. Millikan, 50, Sioux Falls, died March 3, 2001 at Sioux Valley Hospital.
A celebration of life was Tuesday, at Miller Funeral Home, Sioux Falls with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Sioux Falls Miller Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
Steven R. Millikan, was born Dec 7, 1950 to E. Roger and Alida (Harskamp) Millikan in Hawarden. He grew up in Cherokee, graduating from Washingotn High in Cherokee. He joined the U. S. Navy in 1970.
He Married Joan Woltman on March 4, 1972 in Cherokee. The couple was stationed at Okinawa and San Diego, CA. After his discharge they made their home in Sioux Falls, He recieved an assiciate degree from Southeast Technical institute, he worked for the U. S. Postal Service.
Survivors include his wife, Joan; son Kristopher; daughter, Amy Odland; grandson, all of Sioux Falls parents, E. Roger and Alida Millikan of Lake Park, IA; grandmother, Marie Harskamp of Sioux Center; three brothers, Scott of Cleveland OH, Bruce of Sioux Falls, Brett of Peoria IL.
