Services held for Mrs. H. Miller
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 22, 1970 at 9:30 a.m. in the American Reformed Church for Mrs. Harold (Helen) Miller, 56 who passed away Friday, Aug 14 at the Orange City Hospital following a brief illness of cancer, Rev. Alvin A. Hook officiated with burial in the Westlawn Cemetery with the Van Etten Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Miller, the former Helen Vander Stouwe was born at Hawarden October 12, 1913, to Wm. Vander Stouwe and Bertha Dairs (Davis), When 3 years old the family moved to Rock Valley and on January 20, 1940 she married Harold A. Miller. They moved to Orange City in 1940 and lived here since.
Survivors include the widower: daughter Mrs. Howard (Jean) Anderson of Altamont, NY; a son Capt. Mark Miller of Libertyville IL, and 3 grandchildren.
