Clarence Miller, 73, died October 31 at a Sioux Falls hospital. Services were held November 2 at the Peace Lutheran Church of rural Sioux Center, with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery at Rock Valley. Arrangements were under the direction of Porter Funeral Home.
Clarence Miller was born at Rock Valley. He married Irene DeSmet on April 6, 1939. He worked at community Oil for 42 years, and served as manager at the death of his brother Elmer.
He is survived by his wife Irene; two sons A. J. and Michael both of Denver CO; one daughter, Mrs. Joel Gilman of Mankato MN; one grandchild and one brother, Ernest Miller of Rock Valley.
