William Den Hartog, 71 of Orange City died Nov. 3 at his home after an apparent heart attack.

Services were at 1:30 P.M., Nov. 6 in the Calvary Christian Reformed Church. The Rev. Edward Blankespoor officiated. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery under direction of the Van Etten Funeral Home.

Mr. Den Hartog was born March 1, 1904 in Orange City. He married Trina Zorgdrager June 10, 1926 in Orange City. She died June 10, 1964 in Orange City.

He lived in Orange City all his life and worked in the Den Hartog Bros. Garage for many years before retiring in 1965.

Survivors include two sons, Wilbur of Minneapolis and Peter of Orange City; seven grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Hubert (Lyda) Visser of Brooten, MN, and four brothers, Cornie and John, both of Orange City, Elmer of Hawarden and Arthur of Belgrade, MN.
