Erwin Willmer Klemme, 57, of Akron, died Dec. 9 at the Akron hospital after a long illness.

Services were at 2 P.M., December 11 in Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Rev. David Roy officiated. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery with the Schroeder Funeral Home of Akron in charge.

Mr. Klemme was born Sept. 30, 1918 at Akron and was a lifelong resident of the family farm. He married Fern Nitzschke Aug. 17, 1939 at Remsen. They farmed.

Survivors include the widow; three sons, Robert and Mark of Akron and Jerry of Hawarden; one daughter, Mrs. Loren (Nancy) of Akron; his mother, Mrs. Edwin Klemme, of Akron; nine grandchildren; a brother, Walter A. of Akron and one sister, Mrs. Melvin (Lu) Hinrichs of Riverdale, IL.
