Elsie Bruxvoort Elsie Bruxvoort. 90, of Cutlerville. Mich. died Jan. 14, 2002. Funeral services were held Jan. 17 at the Cutlerville East Christian Reformed Church. Burial was at Kent Memorial Gardens. Elsie was born Jan.1, 1912, at Perkins, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ike De Jong. At the age of nine, her parents moved to Orange City. She married Tim Bruxvoort and the couple moved to Michigan. Survivors include her children: Herman Bruxvoort and his wife Jean, Arthur Vander Weide, Irwin Bruxvoort and his wife Betty, James Bruxvoort and his wife, Shirley Theodore Bruxvoort and his wife Lorene, Dennis Bruxvoort and Bruce Bruxvoort and his wife Joanne; 2l grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildrem four great-greatgrand children; her sisters Nellie (Ted) Hengeveld, Jeannette (Peter Bylsma and Irene (Henry) Smeenk; sisters-in-law, Tena and Retta De Jong; and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Glenda Vander Weide; two granddaughters, Christine Bruxvoot and Sheri Gorham; four brothers and three sisters.
