FRED CAMPAGNE DIES IN AUTO ACCIDENT NEAR ARTESIA, CALIF.

Funeral services for Fred Campagne, who was killed in an automobile accident Saturday morning in Corona, Calif., will be held at 9:30 this morning in the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home and burial will be in the cemetery here.

Mr. Campagne, who operated a radio shop here years ago, had been visiting in Sioux Center and was returning to his home in Artesia, Calif., with his father when the accident occurred. They left here Thursday morning and the accident happened 60 miles from their destination. Mr. Campagne was operating a television service shop in Artesia at the time of his death.

Mr. Campagne's father, Steve, suffered a broken collar bone in the accident and is reported to be recovering.

Survivors include one son, Stanley, who lives in Maurice.
