SUSIE KESSLER

Susie Kessler, a former Canton, S.D., resident passed away at Valley Manor Tuesday, July 26. She was 90 years, 11 months, and 9 days old.

Susie was born at Perkins, Ia., August 15, 1882. [a typo? if 1882, she would be 100 years old]

Her husbands Jerry Aurit, Harry Kessler and one son Laurence Aurit preceded her in death.

Survivors are Leo Aurit, Canton, S.D., Mrs. Francis (Josephine) Lottman, Worthing, S.D., Mrs. Ted (Florence) Hamann, Rock Valley, and Frances Ver Mulm, Rock Valley, 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Services were held Thursday morning in St. Dominics Church at 10:00 a.m. Rosary was recited Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m. in the Porter Funeral Home.
