Veronica Gacke, 90, of Hull died Thursday, December 14 at Pleasant Acres Care Center in Hull.

Services were at 10:30 A.M., Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Rock Valley with the Rev. Eugene L. Murray officiating. Burial was in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Hull.

Miss Gacke was born November 24, 1910, in Hull, the daughter of Clara Gacke. She graduated from Hull High School and attended college. She was a homemaker and farmer at Hull. She entered Pleasant Acres in October, 1992.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Mary's Guild and Catholic Daughters of America, where she was an officer. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and cooking.

Survivors include many cousins.

She was preceded in death by a special friend, Peter Delire.
