Mrs. Charles Miller, 85, rural Hawarden, died March 2, 1976 at her farm home.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Peace Lutheran church at Alcester. Rev. Neal Ahart will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of the Wass Funeral Home.

Mrs. Miller, the former Olina Stene, was born May 11, 1890, on a farm near Alcester. She was married May 15, 1918, in Peace Lutheran church, southwest of Alcester. The couple lived on a farm southwest of Alcester and later moved to their present farm home east of Alcester.

Mrs. Miller was an organist for the Peace Lutheran church 11 years and also sang in the choir. She was an honorary member of Peace Lutheran ladies aid.

Survivors are her husband, nieces and nephews.
