Helen Katherine Francis, 64, of Victorville, died June 14, 1987.

A native of Plymouth County, she was a resident of Victorville for 17 years.

Mrs. Francis was a homemaker. She was a former member of the Canasta Club at the Victorville Senior Citizens Club.

Mrs. Francis is survived by her husband, Carl of Victorville; daughters, Donna Newman of Victorville, Jan Brown of Herperia and Lauretta Hill of LaPine, OR; sons, Dennis Francis, Ronald Francis and Donald Francis, all of Victorville; sisters, Hazel Newman, Charlotte Mitchell and Shirley Bockelman, all of Hawarden; brothers, Roland Van Buskirk of Aurora, IL.; William Van Buskirk of Ireton; and Lloyd Van Buskirk of Sioux City; 36 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 P.M., Wednesday, June 17, at Kern Memorial Chapel, Victorville. Burial was private, with Kern Memorial Chapel in charge of arrangements.
