From the Alton Democrat of Sep 10, 1892 Boyden items.
James Jackson of Hull, died Tuesday eveing at the home of his brother Henry Jackson, living three miles west of Boyden. he was 61 years of age.
(From the Sioux County Index James Jackson died Aug 10, 1892 at 61 yrs, 3 mos. buried in Sheridan Township Cemetery Boyden IA. His brother Henry and wife Samantha are buriend there also. Could not determine James and Henry's parents. The 1885 census for James and Henry's family lists birth place as New York.)
