John Domnissee of near Granville died last Tuesday, after a nine months illness. He was a good man, and all unite in expressing sympathy for the bereaved family.
(County Cemtery Index. John Domnisse died 2 Aug 1893 (actually 1892) buried in St. Joseph's cemetery Alton IA. In the St. Joseph's church book is a family history of the family. It lists his wife as Francis Delevan she died Dec 1902 her obituary was in the Alton Democrat of Dec 13, 1902. They were the parents of 6 boys and 9 girls.)
