From the Alton Democrat of may 21, 1892 Orange City news.
The home of Mr. and Mrs. L. (Linneaus) D. Hobson was shrouded in deepest gloom last week, by the death of their little daughter. The little one's breif stay of but nine months had endeared her to them, and it was hard indeed to see the beautiful flower whither and die. The funeral services took place last Friday, and were conducted by Rev. J. A. De Spelder. The Democrat extends deepest sympathy to this sad and gloomy home.
