Mrs. Elmer Miller, 76, of Red Bluff, Calif., died May 13, 1991 at the Red Bluff Hospital after a 2 1/2 week's illness. Burial was at Red Bluff.

Yantje Willhelemina Hollinga was born June 26, 1914 in Varseveldt, the Netherlands. Her parents were Geert and Grade Hollinga. She came to Orange City with her parents and brother, Lambert, in 1921, at age seven, and grew up in Orange City, attending grade and high school. She attended barber school and for some time helped Geert in the barber shop.

In 1935 she married Elmer E. Miller of Hornick, Iowa. They farmed at Hornick, Remsen and Kingsley, and in 1958 she moved to Fallbrook, Calif. and to Red Bluff for retirement. Mr. Miller died June 26, 1990.

She is survived by three sons, Rodney and Leslie from California and Donald of Sumner, Iowa, several grandchildren and her brother Lambert Hollinga of Orange City.
