Theodore Larson, 78, of Hudson died Sunday in the Hawarden hospital after a long illness.

Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Lutheran Church at Hudson. Rev. E. S. Skaar officiated. Burial was in Eden Cemetery.

Mr. Larson was born May 3, 1880, in Sweden and came to America in 1902. He farmed in the Hudson vicinity until he retired and moved to town.

He is survived by three sons, Palmer, Clarence and Oscar, all of Hudson; two daughters, Mrs. D. A. Bowyer of Rockwell City, Iowa, and Mrs. Sidney G. Brown of Hudson; 16 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
