From the Alton Democrat of May 7, 1892 Granville news.
The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. N. H. Graff died Thursday, after a life of eight days. Mr. & Mrs. Graff have the sympathy of the entire community in their sad bereavement.
(In the St. Joseph Church book of Granville is listed the family of Nicholas Henry Graff and Mary Trenien. A baby by name of Charles was born and died in infancy.)
