Jillian Ida Lammers, three month old daughter of "Lanny" and Nancy Lammers of Alton passed away Saturday, Sept. 19 on arrival at the Orange City Municipal Hospital.

Jillian was born May 28 at Orange City. She was a baptized member of the Reformed Church of Alton.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Sarah; grandparents, Louis & Sharon Lammers of Sioux City and Paul & Lorraine Newman of Sibley; and great grandfather, Louis Lammers and Floyd Moore both of Sioux City.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 22, at the Reformed Church of Alton with the Rev. Raymond Tilstra officiating. Interment followed at Nassau Township Cemetery near Alton, under the direction of the Van Etten-Oolman-Van Gelder Funeral Home of Orange City.
