Edward Heiman Services Friday
Funeral services for Edward Henry Heiman, 49, son-in-law of Mrs. Ruth Kier, who died Monday night at the Hawarden hospital will be hold at 2 o'clock Friday at the Peace Lutheran church in Alcester, Rev. Ernest Lindner officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Hill cemetery at Alcester under the direction of the Nilson Funeral home.
Mr. Heinan was in poor health the last two years during which time he was in and out of hospitals. He was in the Hawarden hospital five days prior to his death.
Born May 9, 1916, a son of Lou and Mathilda Heiman, he resided all his on the farm three miles south of Alcester where he was born.
He married Lois Kier at Hartington, Neb., May 6, 1943. He was a member of Peace Lutheran church at Alcester.
Survivors include the widow; four children, James, Glen, Nancee and Larry, all at home; a brother, Gus Heiman, of Alcester, and a half brother, Albert Sheets of Alcester.
