Tryg Eidsness Dies At Age 58

Trygve (Tryg) Eidsness, 58, of Alcester, died last Thursday at the Hawarden hospital.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Nathanael Lutheran church at Alcester with Rev. Alden H. Hackman officiating. Burial was in the Alcester cemetery.

Mr. Eidsness was born January 9, 1909, at Hudson and farmed in the Canton and Hudson area until moving to Hawarden in 1951. In 1954 he moved to Alcester where he farmed. At his death he was employed by the Alcester Feed and Grain Co.

Mr. Eidsness married Ardas Evenson December 15, 1932, at Hudson.

Survivors include the widow; four daughters, Mrs. Ray Peters of Onawa, Iowa, Mrs. Larry Ehricks of Denver, Miss Laura Lee Eidsness of Sioux Falls, and Margaret, all at home; a son, Owen, of Formosa ; four sisters Mrs. Ole Cleveland of Lake wood, Calif., Mrs. Lawrence Johnson of Hudson, Mrs. Carl Sandbeck of Grasa, Bjarne of Hudson and Roald of Sioux Falls, and five grandchildren.
