Mouser, Marion - 1927-1975

Funeral services were held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Granville at 1:30 P.M., March 7 for Marion Mouser, 48, of Osage City, former Granville resident, who died in a truck-train accident March 3 near Emmett, Kan.

Services were conducted by the Rev. Edward Hoffman and burial was in the church cemetery at Granville.

Mr. Mouser was born at Sutherland January 18, 1927. He spent his youth in Granville and graduated from high school there. After two years in the army he became a construction mechanic and had been employed the past 16 years in the Osage City-Topeka, Kan. area.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Lee Mouser of Granville; five brothers, Harold of Remsen, Norman of Ware, Mass., Maj. Thomas with the U.S. Army in Germany, James of Granville and Sgt. Ronald with the U.S. Air Force in the Phillippines; five sisters, Mrs. Ronald (Maxine) Jarman of Brea, Calif., Mrs. Stanley (Burnice) Votruba of Platte, S.D., Mrs. Gordon (Lois) Wilkerson of Sioux City, Mrs. Kenneth (Jean) Moos of Denver, and Mrs. Richard (Ruth) Hoffman of Phoenix, Ariz.; and his grandmother, Mrs. Ed. Gunning of New Hope, Ky.
