Lewis M. Goodmanson, 87 years old passed away June 12. Funeral services were held June 17 at the Paullina Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Prairie View cemetery. Mr. Goodmanson was born July 3, 1883, in O'Brien County. Operated clothing and dry goods store in Paullina and also Paullina postmaster from 1932 to 1948. He married Bertha Ehlers Jan. 3, 1913 at Ireton.

Survivors include the widow, son, Merle of Los Angeles; daughters, Mrs. C. L. (Myrna) Roth of Queens Village, N.Y., three grandsons; four sisters, Mrs. John Holkanson, Morristown, S. D., Mrs. Murry Stebbens, Helena, Mont.; Mrs. Ross Stebbins, Lemmon, S. D. and Mrs. Joe Hegge, Corvallis, Mont, and a brother, Henry of Roseburg, Oregon.

Mr. Ernest Goodmanson, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Goodmanson and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Ehlers attended the funeral.
