ANNA KLEINWOLTERINK
Anna Kleinwolterink, age 85, of Sheldon, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2010, at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
Memorial Services will be Wednesday, February 24, 2010, at 10:30 A.M. at the First Christian Reformed Church in Sheldon. Rev. Greg Timmer officiating.
Burial will be Wednesday, February 24, at 9:00 A.M. Prior to the Memorial Service, at the Evergreen Lawn Cemetery in George, Iowa.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 23, from 1:00 to 8:00 P.M. with the family present from 6:30 to 8:00 P.M. at the Andringa Funeral Home Sheldon Funeral Service in Sheldon.
Anna Kleinwolterink was born on June 4, 1924, in Brookings, South Dakota. She was the daughter of John and Mary (Johnson) Arends. She moved with her family to Little Rock, Iowa, and graduated from grade school in Worthington, Minnesota. She later moved to George, Iowa.
She was united in marriage to Edward Krull of George, Iowa. They farmed in the Rock Rapids, Iowa area. Edward passed away on August 6, 1956. Anna moved off the farm, into George, and opened a café. She enjoyed cooking and baking pies.
She was united in marriage to Sam Kleinwolterink of Hull, Iowa, on February 14,1962. They lived in George, and in 1967, moved to Sheldon. Sam passed away on September 19, 1992.
Anna was an active member of the First Christian Reformed Church in Sheldon. She enjoyed volunteering at the Christian Grade School and Oak Park Care Center. She also enjoyed the Christian fellowship of her friends.
Anna will be remembered as a very giving person.
She passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2010, at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
Those left to cherish her memories are her son and daughter-in-law: Leland J. and Jeanne Krull of Mesa, AZ; step son and step daughter-in-law: Carl and Jeanette Kleinwolterink of Hull, IA; six grandchildren: Kristen and Greg Hardy of Queen Creek, AZ, Nicole and Damian Hardin of Mesa, AZ, Dianne Moore of London, KY, Jan and Dennis Potter of Sheldon, IA, Paul and Janet Kleinwolterink of Gilbert, IA, Todd and Anita Kleinwolterink of Sioux Center, IA; 18 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters: Hiekelena and Sylvester Harms of George, IA, May & Herman Kramer of Ellsworth, MN; 3 brothers: Sweer and Florence Arends of Ellsworth, MN, Raymond Arends of Little Rock, IA, Henry and Elizabeth Arends of Little Rock, IA; sister-in-law: Arlene Arends of Little Rock, IA.
She was preceded in death by her husbands: Edward and Sam; her parents; one step son and step daughter-in-law: Roger and Carol Kleinwolterink; one granddaughter: Donna Mc Clellan.
