Rock Valley - Miss Mary Bren, 80, of Rock Valley died Monday, Aug. 21 at a Rock Valley hospital after a lengthy illness.

Services were at 2 P.M., Thursday at the Porter Funeral Home, Rock Valley. The Rev. James Frank of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Rock Valley, officiated.

Miss Bren was born May 15, 1898, in Cedar Rapids and had lived at Valley Manor Nursing Home in Rock Valley for the past three years.

Survivors include a brother, Frank, and a sister, Emma Miller, both of Cedar Rapids.
