Funeral services will be held at Bethel Christian Reformed Church here at 1:30 P.M., Thursday, October 3, for Mrs. Larry (Ellen) Van Dyke, 23, of Sioux Center, who died at the local hospital about 7:30 A.M., Tuesday, October 1, after a lengthy illness with cancer.

Services will be conducted by the Rev. Henry Vanden Heuvel and burial will be in Memory Gardens cemetery here under the direction of Vander Ploeg's Funeral Home.

Family visitation will be held at the Vander Ploeg Funeral Chapel from 7:30 P.M., to 8:30 P.M., Wednesday, October 2.

Mrs. Van Dyke was born October 29, 1950.

Survivors include her husband, who is employed at Ted's Super Service here, and three children, Lynn Edward, Rachel Lee and Paula Marie.
