Della Van De Berg. 89, of Sioux Center, IA, died Monday at The Sioux Center Community Health Center, Sioux Center, IA.
She was born to Henry & Dirkje (Van Roekel) Kroon on January 21, 1907 in Perkins, IA. On January 24, 1931, she married Henry R. Van De Berg in Sioux Center, IA. She was a member of the First Reformed Church of Sioux Center, and was a part of the Naomi Circle.
Survivors include; five daughters and their husbands Elma R. & Lloyd Van Roekel of Sioux Center, IA. Verna & Arend Sandbulte of Duluth, MN, Eldora & Harold Van Zandbergen, of Hospers, IA., Hendrene & John Jr. Zoet of Hull, IA., and Ardith Van De Berg of Sioux Center, IA; three sons and their wives: Harold & Joan of Garretson, SD, Ralph & Mary, Wilmer & Wynetta of Sioux Center, IA; 28 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; four step-great- grandchildren; five sisters: Cornelia Kroon, Margaret Voortman, Bernice Baker, & Clarene Kroon all of Sioux Center, IA., and Arlone Vos of Battle Lake, MN; two brothers: Richard of Sioux Center, IA., & Rev. William of Hampton, IA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a grandson. two sisters (Gertrude & Marilyn) and two brothers (Neal & Gerrit).
