John, the son of Luke Fitzpatrick, died Sep 24, of typhoid pneumonia in the 22nd year of his life, John was a Maurice boy and grew to manhood among us and his death, coming as it does just in the prime of a useful life, with a glorious future open before him is sad indeed. He was bright, intelligent honest young man and everybody was his friend. The funeral occurred Thursday morning, and was conducted by Reverend Donahue, before a large concourse of mourners and friends. The berieved parents and relatives have the sympathy of all in their sad affliction.
