Matilda “Tillie” Kock, 76, of Rock Valley died Monday, November 21, at Hegg Memorial Hospital in Rock Valley.

Services were at 11 a.m. Friday, November 25, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Rock Valley with the Rev. James Demke officiating. Burial was in Peace Lutheran Cemetery rural Sioux Center.

Matilda Kock was born June 14, 1912, on a farm west of Rock Valley and attended rural schools. She moved to Rock Valley in 1947 and was employed at Warren Café for several yeas.

She was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church and was active with the Rock Valley Senior Citizens.

Survivors include a brother Fritz Kock of Rock Valley and two sisters; Elsie Bosler and Dorothy McKenney, both of Inwood.
