ROCK VALLEY--Mrs. Wulfert Wallenburg,91, Rock Valley, died Tuesday at a Rock Valley Hospital of brief illness.

Services were at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Porter Funeral Home. The Rev. William Suiker officiated. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery at Doon.

Mrs. Wallenburg, the former Gertrude Blomendal, was born July 28, 1885 in the Netherlands. She came to America in 1910. She was married in 1911 in Sioux County. The couple farmed near Rock Valley and Alvord. Her husband died in 1961.She moved to a Rock Valley nursing home.

Survivors include three son, Tony of Ontario, Calif., John of Rock Valley and Wilfred of Hills, Minn.; three daughters Mrs. Cornie (Katherine)Rus and Mrs. Andrew (Johanna) Boon, both of Rock Valley and Mrs.Herman (Gertrude) Rus of Armour, SD.; a brother, Henry of the Netherlands; a sister Mrs. Alice Bakker of Portland, Mich.; 34 grandchildren and 41 greatgrandchildren
